Many Passive Skills in Palworld are tailor-made for combat. Here is a list of all the best Passive Skills for combat in Palworld.

Legend

Legend is not only the best combat-based passive skill but also the best passive skill in Palworld. It provides the Pals with a 20% increase in Attack, a 20% increase in Defense, and a 15% increase in Movement Speed. However, this passive skill can only be equipped with any of the four Legendary Pals of Palworld.

Lucky

Lucky is also a tremendous combat-based passive skill, giving the Pal a 15% increase in their Attack. This passive, equipped with a strong fire or dark type, can strengthen Pal and help them trounce higher-level bosses. This passive skill also increases the Pal’s work speed by 15%, making it one of the best passives of this game as well.

Musclehead

Musclehead is a great combat-based passive skill that can work well with Pals made for combat only, as this passive decreases the work speed of that Pal by 50%. If any Pal is equipped with Musclehead, keep it in your party rather than deploying it to your base.

Ferocious

Ferocious provides the Pals with a 20% increase in their Attack stat, making it one of the best combat-based passive skills in the game. While this might not seem like a huge boost compared to Musclehead, the 20% increase will stack up over time while going against bosses and deal an incredibly extra amount of damage. Plus, there are no downsides to Ferocious, unlike Musclehead.

Element-based Tier 3 Passive Skills

Some element-based Tier 3 passive skills give the Pal of that specific element a 20% boost in Attack. Here is a list of all the element-based passive skills.

  • Divine Dragon (Dragon-type)
  •  Lord of the Underworld (Dark-type)
  •  Flame Emperor (Fire-type)
  •  Lord of Lightning (Electric-type)
  •  Ice Emperor (Ice-type)
  •  Lord of the Sea (Water-type)
  •  Earth Emperor (Ground-type)
  •  Spirit Emperor (Grass-type)
  •  Celestial Emperor (Neutral-type)

Best Passive Skills for work in Palworld

Many Passive Skills in Palworld are specifically suitable for Pals who are meant to be working in your base for the progression. Here is a list of all the best Passive Skills for work in Palworld.

Artisan

Artisan is the best work-based passive skill in Palworld, providing the Pals with a staggering 50% boost in Work Speed. That means any Pal equipped with this passive skill will have almost double the work speed compared to the other Pals in the base.

Lucky

As mentioned in the combat section, Lucky is a great overall Passive Skill as it provides a 15% attack boost and a 15% increase in the Work Speed.

Work Slave

Despite being a Tier 1 passive skill, Work Slave is a great skill to be equipped with Pals dedicated to working on your base. Work Slave increases the Work Speed of the Pal by 30% but, unfortunately, decreases the Attack by 30%. This makes it a bad passive for Pals you want to take to battle against other Pals or bosses.

Workaholic

Pals deployed to your base and assigned to different tasks will lose their Sanity level over time, which eventually makes them sick or depressed, making them unable to work further. However, with this passive equipped, the Pal’s Sanity level will decrease 15% slower, allowing them to work more efficiently.

Serious

Serious increases the Work Speed of a Pal by 20%. While this might not seem like a huge boost, the 20% increase in Work Speed will stack up over time and save a lot of time for the Pal while working with different assignments in the base.
