Good news, Dota 2 watchers: The International 2015 (or TI5, if you prefer) starts today.
The biggest Dota 2 tournament in the world – with its whopping $18 million USD prize pool – begins at 10am PDT, with the grand finals this coming Saturday.
The wild card and group stages have already run, deciding which teams are heading into the tournament proper, and where they’re all seeded. So far, it’s been exceptionally good Dota 2. Let’s hope the quality stays high so we don’t get a repeat of last year’s astonishingly dull finals, eh?
Today’s matches include two best-of-three upper bracket matches, and four best-of-one lower bracket matches.
