Banished is a city-building strategy game by Shining Rock Software in which you control a group of exiled travelers that have only the clothes on their backs and a cart full of supplies from their homeland. The townspeople of Banished are your primary resource. They are born, grow older, work, have children of their own, and can also die. You much keep them healthy, happy, and find them food.
There are twenty different occupations that the people in the city can perform from farming, hunting, and blacksmithing, to mining, teaching, and healing. Banished is a deep and unique strategy game that has been anticipated since it was first reviled back in 2012.
