Phil Spencer Is Your New Head Of Xbox

Satya Nadella has recently confirmed that Phil Spencer is taking over as head of Xbox. Phil has come up on the official Xbox blog to share the details.

So, Phil’s reach includes the main Xbox team, Xbox Live, Xbox Music, Xbox Video, and Microsoft Game Studios, all of whom are now being united under one division.

Tellingly, a few weeks before this announcement, Phil promised that there would be a renewed push for Windows gaming, but he did not bring it up here. It’s possible that he still does not want MS to show their hand but it was still odd.
