Oculus and Zenimax are going to court

No turning back on this now. Oculus has officially denied Zenimax’s claims that Oculus used their code, and they are going to court.

These are some excerpts from Oculus’ response to Zenimax, which was formally filed in court:

Zenimax’s Complaint falsely claims ownership in Oculus VR technology in a transparent attempt to take advantage of the Oculus VR sale to Facebook…there is not a line of Zenimax code or any of its technology in any Oculus VR product.

Essentially, this is going to a jury to decide. Frankly, I think this is a distraction for both companies, getting in the way from either of them making more games and gaming products. If it can’t be resolved amicably, we hope it will be resolved quickly.
