Star Citizen’s Genesis Starliner Is Breathtakingly Beautiful

If you’ve got $400 to spare, you could be the next proud owner of the stunning Genesis Starliner, the newest ship in Cloud Imperium Games’ Star Citizen.

The Genesis Starliner is a modular, fuel-efficient craft built to pay for itself. It can be customized to fall under any of three categories: luxury, mid-range, and essential configurations. Up for grabs is the mid-range starliner that’s equipped to accommodate up to 40 passengers and 8 crew members.

Don’t let the glitz and glamour fool you, though. The Genesis Starliner can also be a workhorse, serving the United Empire of Earth’s needs as troop transport (Starlifter), patrol hunter-killer (Starhunter), and SWACS/C&C platform (Starseeker).

The Genesis Starliner is being made available to the public from now until July 6th, through the pledge store, as an effort to help fund Star Citizen’s further development. It is by no means mandatory for you to start the game, but it makes for a fancy addition that’ll enrich your playing experience. If you’d like to purchase a starliner for your fleet, you can learn more about it here or go straight to the pledge shop.
