The first World of Darkness battle royale, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodhunt, just completed its closed alpha. Coming out of the test, developer Sharkmob has revealed that you’re going to need a bit more power to join the vampire brawl in Prague. The updated system requirements for Bloodhunt suggest a higher spec GPU. However, the required CPU processing power has dropped a little.
The updated system requirements for Bloodhunt indicate that the game will be significantly more taxing on your hardware than other free-to-play battle royales like Apex Legends. Hopefully, the requirements will come down closer to launch. The closed alpha was running on pre-alpha code, which could have lacked optimizations.

Minimum:
Processor: i5-8600 / Ryzen 1600X or better
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: GTX 1070 / RX 5600 XT or better
Recommended:
Processor: Intel i7-8700K / AMD Ryzen 5 3600X or better
Memory: 16 GB RAM
Graphics: RTX 2060 Super / RX 5700 XT or better
Both the minimum and recommended system requirements also include strong recommendations that you use an SSD. Again, not a requirement for the existing free-to-play battle royales that Bloodhunt will compete with.
For those interested in what the requirements were previously, the minimum GPU was a GTX 970 or RX 590. As for the recommended graphics card, it was a GTX 1080 or RX Vega 64 before the closed alpha. So, the new minimum GPU is almost as powerful (and expensive) as the previous recommended option. Ouch. The recommended CPU, which was higher before the closed alpha, was an i7-10700K or Ryzen 3600.
