Project E:st Announced

Publisher NHN and developer Polygon Games have announced their upcoming Asian themed MMORPG currently going by the name of Project E:st .The upcoming MMORPG will be powered by Cryteks impressive CryENGINE 2 and is expected to go into Beta testing in Korea later this year. The game will also be debuted at the GDC next week.Wook Jeong, Hangame CEO at NHN Corporation added “The project name, E:st, was selected to show the commitment between NHN Corporation and Polygon Games to develop the best Asia fantasy game. We believe that the high graphical quality realized with CryENGINE 2, coupled with an immersive storyline, will strongly appeal to gamers.”To accompany the announcement, the first batch of screenshots have been released along with the first trailer.   Although the game is Asian in style, NHN also plan to roll the game out in North America and Europe.
