Age of Conan five yours old! Funcom’s now free to play MMO is all set to celebrate its fifth birthday with special in-game events which means it’s big monster time.
Starting on 23 May at 4PM CET, the world of Hyboria is being invaded by huge boss monsters, and should they be defeated, there are all kinds of goodies up for grabs.
All characters that are on members accounts will also receive the Blessing of Asura item which doubles experience points from killing monsters for one hour per day. An alternative advancement point can also be earned as well as triple the amount of bonus points and a five day store discount.
Non members will also be able be given Access Passes to Khitai which was introduced in the Rise of the Godslayer expansion. These passes will last for a whole week so make sure you put plenty of time aside to explore.
If you’re a player or have not yet ventured into the MMO, make sure you take advantage of the freebies while you can.
