Funcom are set to unveil new locations, content and features, including DX10 at GC next week.Next week at the GC Funcom a plan a series of live stage shows will showcase some of the MMORPGs new features including new locations and content. Attendees will also have the chance to get their hands on AoC ‘loot’ which includes legendary inflatable swords and free trial accounts together with limited edition DVDs containing the entire game. Funcom say the free trials will belimited so it’s on a first come first served basis.Behind closed doors, Funcom will also be demonstrating the DX10 version of the game to press for the first time which will be an intersting experience for those eager to see the game in all its glory.“We are very pleased with the tremendously successful launch that wehad,” says Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Funcom, MortenLarssen. “But this is where the real journey starts for ‘Age of Conan’.In the months ahead we will be putting a lot of effort into expandingand improving on the game, and we look forward to using the GamesConvention to unveil some of the locations, content and features wehave in the pipeline.”
