Gingerbread Galore has already hit Monopoly GO — although this time, both the rewards and the way to get points have changed. It started 10:00 ET on December 17th, 2023. Milestone events are rather straightforward, although the accumulative rewards that can be earned are huge.

How does the Gingerbread Galore event work in Monopoly GO?
Gingerbread Galore is a milestone event in Monopoly GO. In milestone events, it’s your task to get as many points as you can. At each point milestone you reach, you’ll be rewarded. The rewards will be higher as you advance further in the event — but the point requirements will be higher!
The point requirements don’t get progressively higher, at least not one after the other. You’ll slowly see the point demand increasing, but large point spikes will disrupt your momentum — they’ll reward even better than the milestones surrounding them.
How to get points in Gingerbread Galore in Monopoly GO
To get points in Gingerbread Galore, you’ll need to land on Gingerbread house pickups. These function the same way as shields, you’ll simply have to land on their tile. Each one is worth 2 points, although, also like shields, the higher your multiplier, the more points you earn. So as I always say, you gotta roll high to win high!
There are eight pickups on the board at any one time, so you should bump into them rather regularly.
Best way to win Gingerbread Galore in Monopoly GO
My personal strategy here would be to only increase the dice multiplier when there are Gingerbread House pickups nearby. This way, you’ll save dice and may earn more points in the long run. However, with the Puzzle Piece pickups and Railway Tiles around the board, it’ll be hard not to have a high multiplier all the time!
At least this event is on for a little longer, so there is more time to earn points.
How long will Gingerbread Galore last in Monopoly GO?
This time, the Gingerbread Galore milestone event will last for 3 days and 6 hours, ending on December 20th at 4:00 PM ET. So you’ll have plenty of time to reach the milestones!
