As you level up and work your way through the world of Cyberpunk 2077, you will inevitably gain buff, perk, and bonus. After all, becoming the best, most powerful, edgerunner you can be in the name of the game. There are many ways to get stronger, but some permanent buffs have only just been discovered and are hidden behind the latest Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty update.
All permanent buff locations in Cyberpunk 2077
In Dogtown, the new map in the Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty update, it is possible to gain three permanent buffs. They can be picked up from vendors around the map, but only in Dogtown.
- EBM Petrochem Stadium – The first I found was from the little kid working behind the kiosk in the stadium shopping area. They sell a Denritic Protoplasmic Supplier for 12000 credits. This permanent buff increases RAM recovery rate by 1%.

- Longshore Stacks – At the south of Dogtown, you will find the Longshore Stacks waypoint. Head to the Pharmacy on the top level to find the Prototype Pseudoembrionic Cell Builder for 12000 credits. This permanent buff in Cyberpunk 2077 increases max health by 2.

- Heavy Hearts Bartender – The huge Pyramid club in the middle of Dogtown holds the final permanent buff in Cyberpunk 2077. By talking to the bartender, you can purchase the Military-Grade Lactic Acid Recyclers for 12000 credits. This permanent buff increases stamina regen by 2%.

Although these buffs seem small, they are relatively cheap and can be picked up without any missions. Every little helps when playing through the game. Once you have bought each of these consumables, the buff is instantly applied. Therefore, there is no need to actually go into your inventory to consume them.
Interestingly, these permanent buffs in Cyberpunk 2077 only seem to exist within the vendors of Dogtown. However, if we find more, we will be sure to update.
