Avatar Frontiers is like Far Cry in Pandora, an original story

What is Avatar Frontiers and when does it come out?

Avatar Frontiers is a brand-new Avatar game that looks and feels a lot like Far Cry. In Avatar Frontiers, which releases a lot sooner than you think, you play as a Na’vi who needs to relearn how to be a Na’vi in Pandora. Here’s everything we know about Avatar Frontiers of Pandora.

Avatar Frontiers story and gameplay, explained

Avatar Frontiers is an open-world game that is a standalone story that coexists with the narrative in the movies. It is a first-person action/adventure where you’ll need to relearn how to be Na’vi.

The story of Avatar Frontiers is similar to Fallout and Star Wars, believe it or not. You play as a character who is raised as a weapon for the humans. One day, the humans are ordered to execute you and your fellow soldiers, but you are saved and put to sleep. 15 years later, you awake and need to learn how to navigate Pandora and relearn how to be a Na’vi.

In Avatar Frontiers, you’ll experience iconic locales from the movie, fight back against the intrusive humans, and bond for life with your own Ikran. You’ll use bows, assault rifles, shotguns, and more in gameplay that looks a lot like Far Cry.

Does Avatar Frontiers have co-op?

In Avatar Frontiers, you can experience the campaign in single-player or through co-op. The co-op will likely not be couch co-op, but you will have the ability to play co-op online with your friends.

This is a pleasant surprise that I am excited about. While exploring Pandora as a Na’vi has always been a dream, doing so with a friend will be even better.
