4. Teafant

Although Teafant is the lowest Pal on this list, that doesn’t mean they’re bad at what they do. Their “Soothing Shower” Partner Skill allows them to spray water on you to regenerate your health.

Teafant is the perfect choice for an early-game healer Pal. You can find Teafant near spawn and around the vast area by Rayne Syndicate Tower. Unfortunately, they’re not too useful otherwise, as their only Work Suitability is Watering.

3. Felbat

You can find the Felbat Alpha Pal in the Sealed Realm of the Abyssal Nights, northwest of spawn and near the Azurobe Hill fast travel point. They’ll be at level 23, and can grant you the Life Steal effect. This will absorb some of the received damage and turn it into restored HP.

You can find other Felbats in dungeons. The downside is that Felbat only has Medicine Production. The good news is that it has that skill at level three. Life Steal is a good ability, and it’s a decent Pal to catch.

2. Lovander

Lovander is similar to Felbat, and it also has the Life Steal ability to grant to the player. I’ve ranked Lovander higher just because they also have a few helpful skills such as Mining at level one, and Handiwork, Medicine Production, and Transporting at level two.

You can find Lovander at night in the desert region in the northeastern corner of the map. They’ve also appeared on other beaches, but you have to search at night.

1. Petallia

I’ve ranked Petallia at number one simply because Blessing of the Flower Spirit has Petallia use medicinal flowers to restore your HP. They also have a ton of Work Suitabilities, such as level three Planting, level two Handiwork, Gathering, and Medicine, and level one Transporting.

You’ll be able to catch Petallia on a small, southern island which is No. 1 Wildlife Sanctuary. There’s also an Alpha version of Petallia at level 28 at the Sealed Realm of Spirits, just a little northwest of spawn.

Now that you have a healer Pal, you should look for the fastest mounts in Palworld, both for flying and ground traversal.
