The semi automatic pistol has a strong fire rate and it is able to take out opponents who are at close, to medium ranges. This class will focus on improving the fire power and accuracy of the weapon. Soon, you will see why the Ratt is considered to be one of the best secondary weapons in multiplayer.

Call of Duty: Vanguard Ratt class

  • Muzzle: M1929 Silencer
  • Barrel: Empress 129mm B03TT
  • Trigger Action: Rapid Action
  • Magazine: .45 ACP 9 Round Mags
  • Ammo Type: Lengthened
  • Rear Grip: Stippled Grip
  • Proficiency: Panic
  • Kit: Quick

To begin your class, the M1929 Silencer will provide you with sound suppression to keep your shots hidden from the mini map. At the same time, equipping this attachment will boost your accuracy. Next, the Empress 129mm B03TT Barrel is useful in increasing your damage and making sure it does not fall off at range. Even though this attachment results in you taking a hit to your fire rate, you can counter this by using the Rapid Action option in the Trigger Action category. Once applied, this will take your fire rate back up, so you can quickly eliminate an enemy.

Loading your gun with lethal bullets

In terms of a Magazine, the .45 ACP 9 Round Mags adds many benefits to your pistol. Your bullet velocity, range, bullet penetration, and damage will all be increased. Pairing this with the Lengthened Ammo Type will see you gain an extra 30% bullet velocity. As a result, your bullets are sure to pack a punch.

The Stippled Grip attachment is useful in improving your recoil recovery and initial accuracy and recoil when you begin firing. Also, Panic is a viable Proficiency, as it provides you with better accuracy and recoil for several seconds after swapping your weapon. This will allow you to confidently line up your shots once you switch to your pistol. Finally, the Quick Kit will make up for some lost speed by benefiting your sprint speed. Naturally, running with a pistol is faster than with a primary weapon. Therefore, the added sprint speed can help you maneuver in a fight, or escape a difficult situation.

If you prefer to use an Optic on your Vanguard Ratt class, the Slate Reflector is a viable option. Now, you are ready to lead your team to victory with your new pistol class in your next multiplayer match.
