Civilization Beyond Earth PreOrder Bonus, Mac And Linux Releases Detailed

Firaxis’ latest take on Sid Meier’s classic is coming to Mac and Linux this coming holiday 2014.

Aspyr Media has signed up to join Firaxis and 2K Games as the official non Windows publisher for the game. They will handle publishing duties on Apple’s native Mac App Store, as well as on Steam for both Mac and Linux.

The game will released on Windows worldwide on October 24. Whatever operating system you get the game on, if you preorder the game now, you can get the Exoplanets map pack free.
