Dead Island 2 Monarch Studios Workbench Guide

Dead Island 2: All Workbench Locations in Monarch Studios

DIY with the stars.

Monarch Studios isn’t a very big area in Dead Island 2, but it has a lot of Workbenches to find. There are five in total, and this actually makes it the area with the most Workbenches. It’s odd that this is the case but since the area is dense with plenty of buildings to enter, it makes sense. Anyway, here’s a quick guide to all the Workbench locations in Monarch Studios in Dead Island 2.

Before you start the search, take a look at the map below. All the workbench locations are highlighted, and we’ll also be following that order in for the rest of the guide.

The first Workbench we’ll tackle is located next to the fast travel point in the area. Just head over to the tent in the Outdoor Stage and you’ll see the Workbench among a bunch of production equipment. If you’re coming through this way, make sure to maintain your weapons here in preparation for the rest of the area.

Our next Workbench can be found in a trailer next to the Friends Without Benefits stage. Once you leave the Outdoor Stage, head left, and you should see a trailer across the way. Simply enter the trailer and the Workbench will be waiting for you on the countertop.

The third Workbench is located inside the Friends Without Benefits stage. It’s behind a wall next to the staircase that leads to the rafters above the set. It can be easy to miss so make sure you have a good look around the area before moving on.

This Workbench is the only one in the area that requires any real work to access. On the first trip to Stage 7 in Monarch Studios you need to do open a big door by connecting a power source to the nearby circuit board. Once that’s done you’ll access the area of Stage 7 that has the Workbench.

The final Workbench in Monarch Studios is really easy to reach. Just head over to the Meet Cute Corner and you’ll see a bunch of trailers to the south. The trailer we want is right in the corner between the trailer placed against a wall and two placed in parallel with each other.

The search for Workbenches in Dead Island 2 doesn’t end in Monarch Studios. There are plenty to find in the Beverly Hills and some illusive ones to hunt down in the depths of the Halperin Hotel.
