Splash Damage is back with another new update for their free to play shooter Dirty Bomb and this time a new map and Mercenary have been added to the game.
The new map is called Vault and it’s based on a bank heist scenario. The first new Mercenary to be released this year is Turtle, a new engineer that comes with his own shield generator for protection. Friendlies can shoot through the generator but it can’t be used to block entrances as everyone can walk through it. The shield does have health so it can be taken out but he’s handy to have around when trying to take objectives.
According to Splash Damage, more new content is due by the end of the summer as well as casual matchmaking. For now, watch the videos below to check out these new additions which are available free right now.
