The Creative Assembly has announced the newest patch for Empire: Total War is now available via Steam.

The update will fix a host of issues, including a host of crash fixes, balancing issues, AI problems and campaign bugs.

You can find the list on Steam’s site if you’re interested to know what exactly is being fixed and you can expect the patch to update automatically when your Steam client is restarted.

In addition to this, there is also further information on bugs which the team are aware of, but haven’t had time to fix, such as joining community created maps and the AI Naval Invasion behaviour, which will be fixed in the next patch.

We loved Empire: Total War and gave it a whooping score!  Why not check it out, and maybe, if you’ve not seen it, watch our video interview with the developers.
