You’ll find the Wall Puzzle north of the Entombed City – Outskirts fast travel point.

Anyway, take note of the symbols you see on the wall. There are two sets:

  • a set that looks like a torch (it’s a bit triangular in shape)
  • several that look like oblique boxes

The goal is to activate one set of symbols first, then activate the second group. Just keep in mind that the wall symbols mirror what gets activated on those plates, too.

After you’ve done this puzzle correctly, a chest will spawn. It contains a secret Crimson Agate.
