The Tenacity of the Millelith artifact comes from the Ridge Watch domain. It has the following set bonuses:

• 2-piece bonus – +20% HP.
• 4-piece bonus – +20% ATK and +30% shield strength for three seconds for all nearby party members whenever an elemental skill hits an opponent. The effect can be triggered once every 0.3 seconds. The effect can also be triggered even when the character wearing this artifact set isn’t on the field.
