Rockstar are entering the spooky spirit today with the launch of the GTA Online Halloween Surprise.
Running until 16 November there’s all kinds of Halloween themed content now available in GTA Online. The good news is that once the event ends all items acquired will stay in players’ inventory. So what’s been added?
First up there’s a couple of new vehicles, the Lurcher Hearse and the Franken Stage as well as 23 new spooky bobbleheads to adorn the dashboards.
No Halloween event would be complete without a bit of dress up and also added today are new masks and face paints. Crews taking part in Heists can find a new Halloween mask category as the default option on all Heists. 30 new face paints have also been added.
A new Adversary Mode for up to 8 players called Slasher has now gone live where players have to survive in the darkness as the player designated as the Slasher stalks his prey with a Shotgun. Use a new flashlight to see and if playes survive for three minutes they get the chance to return the favor with a Shotgun of your own”
The update should be live now on the servers and it’s something to enjoy for the next couple of weeks.
