Here’s the First In-Game Screenshot of Farming Simulator 19

A few weeks ago, the folks over at GIANTS Software released a teaser trailer for their upcoming project: Farming Simulator 19. Like any other teaser, this trailer was pretty short, not to mention it was completely done in CGI. Now, some new Farming Simulator 19 media has been released, and this one is quite exciting— an in-game screenshotTake a look:

When the new simulator was revealed, GIANTS mentioned that one of the improvements it will be bringing to the table is an overhauled graphics engine. As we can see from this shot, that definitely seems to be the case. For comparison, here’s a shot from FS19’s predecessor, Farming Simulator 17:

The lighting in FS19 is the most obvious improvement, but the detail on that combine harvester looks very detailed.

Hopefully, this first shot is a true representation of how the final version of the game looks. A release date has not yet been revealed, but going by the releases of past entries in the series we can expect Farming Simulator 19 to launch by October the latest.

Farming Simulator 19 will be coming to PC, as well as PS4 and Xbox One.
