Jingliu is a 5-star Honkai: Star Rail character introduced in the first half of the Version 1.4 update. Jingliu is yet another Destruction DPS character, dishing out Ice damage to freeze enemies in their places. Her unique Destruction mechanic revolves around taking the HP from her allies to deal more damage after entering a special state. To level up Jingliu in Honkai Star Rail, you need the following materials:

  • Level 1 – 20: x4,000 Credits, x5 Immortal Scionette
  • Level 20 – 40: x8,000 Credits, x10 Immortal Scionette
  • Level 40 – 50: x16,000 Credits, x6 Immortal Aeroblossom, x3 Gelid Chitin
  • Level 50 – 60: x40,000 Credits, x9 Immortal Aeroblossom, x7 Gelid Chitin
  • Level 60 – 70: x80,000 Credits, x6 Immortal Lumintwig, x20 Gelid Chitin
  • Level 70 – 80: x160,000 Credits, x9 Immortal Lumintwig, x35 Gelid Chitin

You can get the Immortal Scionette item by fighting Mara-Struck enemies on the Xianzhou Luofu. You can also get this item in the Simulated Universe, the Embers Exchange Store, and through Assignment Rewards. You can get the Gelid Chitin item by farming the Stagnant Shadow: Shape of Icicle in the Xianzhou Luofu.
