First of all, the DLC page itself is a bit rough to get to. You can find it right here. Once purchased, the DLC installs along with the game; you may have to quit it and reopen it in order to trigger the installation. You’ll know it worked when a screen pops up informing you the items from the pack have been added to the Moonstone Enchanter and Decoration Station respectively, both crafting stations you’ll get access to fairly early on in the game.

Here’s a complete overview of the items added in the pack and how to craft each of them:

  • Fancy Alchemist House: Crafted with Moonstone Enchanter. 150 Stone, three Moonstone Ingots (aka nine Moonstone), 150 wood.
  • Purple Rug: Crafted with Decoration Station. 20 cloth (60 fibre).
  • Moon and Stars: Crafted with Decoration Station. One cloth, one bolt.
  • Moonrise Painting: Crafted with Decoration Station. Three cloth (9 fibre), one ash.
  • Bean Bag Chair: Crafted with Decoration Station. Five cloth (15 fibre), one stun flower.

While the materials will not be the easiest to procure, you now have automatic access to the crafting recipes to start building toward having everything in the pack. Time for a fancy house!
