Is Ark Survival currently down?
Right now, there seems to be no official server issues affecting Ark Survival Ascended, although many are reporting having them online. It looks like one of those problems where we’ll just have to wait it out.

Check the internet connection of the device you’re using to play the game. To be safe, restart your router and device. Sometimes this is the healthy thing to do for your devices.
