However, for players still looking to chip away at some pesky tasks and missions in Warzone 2 DMZ, there’s one mission in particular that can stump a lot of players. This, of course, is the ‘X Marks The Spot’ mission that was implemented during Season 5, and it’s going to take a decent amount of teamwork to complete.

Here’s how players will be able to complete ‘X Marks The Spot’ in Warzone 2 DMZ!

Koschei Complex – How To Gain Entry

The main premise of the mission revolves around players gaining access to the Koschei Complex on the map, and then unlocking a certain set of secret doors and rooms within the facility. All this will be so you can find the elusive Korschei Complex map, which you’ll need to extract to complete the mission.

Upon deploying onto the map, you’re going to want to head to one of the four marked entrances on your mini-map, that will grant you access to enter the building itself. Players have been advised to loot around a bit beforehand, and to bring some jumper cables and car batteries, as these will be needed later on in the mission.

How To Find The Chemical Plant

Once inside the Koschei Complex, players will be greeted with a ton of enemies, and once you have mowed all of them down, which may take a while; you’re going to want to look for a large bunker door.

This is where the chemical plant is, and be sure you have the right equipment before you enter, as the plant itself is pitch black.

R4D Detector

The most crucial step for players is going to be to locate an R4D Detector within the chemical plant itself, as you won’t be able to progress any further without one.

Players have noted that they’re rather easy to find, with two being within the chemical plant, and both are somewhat around the center of the map. So, it shouldn’t be too hard to find one at the end of the day.

Once you have found a R4D Detector, players will want to head towards the southern portion of the plant, and use the previously looted car battery and jumper cables to unlock the doors to the Alpha Cluster.

Decipher The Code

This is where it gets a bit complicated for most players, and for good reasons. Once you’ve made your way into the Alpha Cluster, look for a yellow keyboard attached to a door as this is where you’re going to want to equip your R4D Detector.

Make a mental note of the three symbols that appear on this pad, as you’re going to need to match these with the associated chalkboards around the Alpha Cluster.

Once you have these three, you’re just going to need to input these in the correct order, and the door should open.

After this step, you are complete and all you need to do is extract out of the mission!
