Sweet tooth.

Halloween is upon us, and so is the spooky season of gaming. All the live-action games love to get involved in this event and pull out all the stops. Halloween-themed weapons, outfits, events, and cosmetics can be expected for all. Destiny 2 has donned the ghoulish attire and brought back their Festival of The Lost. In this event, you can fight your way through the Haunted Lost Sectors of the game to collect candies, defeat enemies, and kill the boss. The event is fast, chaotic, and endlessly fun. The eventual reward is new gear purchased with the dropped candies. However, if you really want to unlock everything Destiny 2: Festival of The Lost has to offer, you will need to know how to farm that candy.

So, candy is to collect by a number of means during the event. Enemies and opposing guardians will drop the candies, and bosses obviously drop more. You can also get your hands on them by opening the chest you will find in the haunted forest. However, the best way to really farm these candies is with your run-of-the-mill grunt-level enemies.

Before you start farming candy in Destiny 2, you should first visit Eva in the tower. She will grant you a mask to wear during the event that will cause the candies to drop. If you’re not wearing this mask, then you can’t be a part of the event. Equip it, and get involved in one of the Haunted Lost Sectors.

Last Wish Raid

If you want to really farm candy in Destiny 2, then you should get yourself to the Last Wish raid. This is part of the Forsaken expansion and has one particular point that will earn you a ton of candy.

Make your way to the Shuro Chi checkpoint, accessible by the wishing well. Simply open the doors, mow down the masses of enemies, blow yourself up, and repeat. This is a popular spot for weapon leveling also.

Vault of Glass raid

This raid can be found on the legends tab on the raids menu. At the beginning of this raid, you will need to activate the three tablets on the floor to progress to the next stage of the event. However, if you don’t choose to do this, you can simply repeatedly farm the enemies that spawn. They will never stop coming, so this is a perfect candy farm in Destiny 2.

Hall of Wisdom candy farm

Head to Sanctuary on The Moon and to the Hall of Wisdom. Right at the back is a door. You will notice the large circular area. If you stand here and turn around, you will see that enemies constantly spawn in the room you just came through. You can stand here and farm candy in Destiny 2 for hours. It will result in about 1000 candy an hour if done correctly.
