How to farm Souls in Call of Duty (COD) The Haunting: MW2, Warzone, and DMZ

The Grim Reapers in town!

As The Haunted seasonal event has kicked off for Warzone, there are a bunch of things for you to do and earn across all the modes. But when you’re playing Warzone during these spooky times, you can earn a new drop called Souls. These Souls can help you get themed rewards during the event. In other words, the more Souls you have, the better the rewards you can get. I’d recommend going out of your way to get them, which may be dangerous, but could be worth your time. Earning souls might give you some trouble as The Haunted event for Warzone is a little more terrifying. To see the light at the end of the tunnel, this guide on how to farm Souls in Call of Duty (COD) The Haunting event for MW2, Warzone, and DMZ could help.

Even though I did say it may be a challenge, it’s surprisingly easy to get Souls. Plus, if you’re relatively good at each of the games offered during the event, farming can be easily done. Souls can be earned by downing enemy players, but understand that the other player is trying to do the same thing. Be prepared for anything. However, to have these Souls appear, play during the Souls Capture Event.
The good news is that no matter what mode you play during the Soul Capture Event, you’ll get Souls. My advice would be to play on the faster modes that are offered in MW2. The reasoning is that for Warzone you might not run into players for a hot minute, and by the time the match is almost over, the souls you have might be low. By playing on the MW2 online section, you can farm better because of the smaller and quicker game modes.

What can you get with the Souls?

By collecting Souls you can use them to buy things in The Haunting Tab for DMZ. These themed rewards can be skins, sprays, and other Halloween-based items. So it’s worth downing as many enemies as you can. On top of that, if you redeem enough Souls, you’ll get an exclusive skin for both Roze and Konig.
