Identifying Alpha Pals in Palworld

You will struggle to miss the Alpha Pals in Palworld. They are enormous versions of the current pals that roam around the land, and they have unique names. You can usually spot them on the map by their markers. They will have a specific location that they roam in. Also, they are sometimes only available at certain times of the day.

Alpha Pals will have their own health bar and name that will appear at the top of the screen. You don’t need to attack them for it to appear. This will give you the chance to check if the level is a little too high for you or not.

Alpha palls will let off a singing sound when you come close to them. The twinkly music can be followed to find them in addition to as well as checking your map for their marker.

How to capture

Catching an Alpha Pal is no easy task. You need to make sure you have all the weapons and Pals to do it. Ensure you have a team that is at least close to the level of the boss, and they’re all completely rested up. These huge enemies can do massive damage. It is also common that the Alpha Pal will have allies. Attacking the boss may trigger a much bigger fight.

Once you have taken the enemy’s health down far enough, you can start using your Pal Spheres to capture it. I would not suggest using the regular green version of the Spheres. Instead, go with something like the Mega Sphere or better.

Once you have managed to catch one, you will have a serious player for your team. They are enormous and do much bigger damage than their regular counterparts. Although catching an Alpha pal is hard, it is well worth the effort.
