How to Find Kreet in Starfield

It's actually in the neighborhood

When you first turn on Starfield and finish the tutorial fight after mining, you’re tasked with getting rid of the Crimson Fleet on Kreet. This is to show you how to go to different areas and basically how to fly your ship. Below we’ll give you multiple ways to get to Kreet easily.

Where is Kreet in Starfield?

Kreet is incredibly close by, being in the Narion system and orbiting the planet of Anselon. For those who still need more help, there’s more detail below. I remember not really understanding how to get to each star system at first as well, and Kreet is where you usually go after the prologue.

Do this to get to Kreet quickly:

  1. Open the menu

  2. Pick the option on the top left to get to your star map.

  3. From there, scroll out to the star systems

  4. Pick the Narion star, which should have a blue hexagon near it if it’s part of your mission.

    • you can just head straight to Anselon and then travel to the moon but that’s more time-consuming
  5. Find the Anselon planet and then pick Kreet, which is a moon.

By following these steps, you can access Kreet in Starfield and continue your mission. Alternatively, you can just take off on your ship and then find a mission marker on your map in space. If you target that mission marker, it will give you the option to travel. If you press travel while looking at a mission marker, you will head straight for the planet or area you need to go to.

What Planet and star system is Kreet in?

Kreet is located in the Narion System, specifically orbiting the planet of Anselon. You can find Kreet close to where you start. You start off in Anselon as well, but you’re specifically on Vectora, which is a different moon of Anselon. No need to worry about using a grav drive on your first mission.

Once you finish that mission that requires you to go to Kreet, go ahead and head back to Barret on Vectora, which is a moon of Anselon in the Narion system. Use the same method as above to find Vectora, and to go pretty much anywhere else.
