How to find Moonstone in Moonstone Island

Looking for Moonstone?

One of the most important resources in Moonstone Island is, well, Moonstone! It’s a tiny blue sphere that’s worth a good amount of money, but even more when smelted into an Ingot. They’re not just useful for selling, though, as you’ll need Moonstone for plenty of important crafting recipes. But how can you find Moonstone in Moonstone Island? Let me explain how you can find this special item below.

Moonstone Island: Where to find Moonstone

Moonstone is easier to find than you think, you just have to go searching for it at the right time. How you can find Moonstone in Moonstone Island is throughout the various islands on the ground, easily seen at night.

What do I mean by this? Well, once night comes, you may think it’s time to head to bed to start the next day. I’d advise you to stay up later than normal because Moonstone is a lot easier to spot at night. When placed on the ground, Moonstone glows.

I recommend you travel to any island, and make sure it’s dark out. Explore areas without any light sources, and eventually, you should see a dim light in the grass. Typically, I find Moonstone hiding in grass patches, which makes it hard to find in the daytime, but not at night. They can appear on any type of island, you just have to look out for its glowing light.

I’ve also found Moonstone occasionally in chests. You can find chests throughout dungeons, temples, and even caves where you can also find copper and iron. Moonstone is a lot rarer to find than the other ores, but its most common location is around the islands on the ground. It shouldn’t take you long to find Moonstone when it’s dark out.
