Where to find Trauma Drama

Trauma Drama is an arcade game that you can play, found dotted around Night City. They are all over the place, but one of the easiest to get to is the one in El Coyote Cojo. Fast-travel to the point of El Coyote Cojo in The Glen (Haywood) and travel to the bar of the same name, the one with Mama Welles. Cross the road that the fast-travel point is facing and keep going down that road. You can also get to the Trauma Drama arcade in Kabuki Market. Any will do.

How to grab your rewards

There are two gifts up for grabs, a Trauma Team Uniform and a Trauma Team AV that will fly around your apartment. To get these rewards, you need to beat the high score of Trauma Drama, which is a whopping 443,000 points. This is a tricky task, not that the game is super difficult, but that it would take a long time, and each death sets you back 10,000 points upon death. You can either play the game naturally and try to beat the high score as intended, or you can try out this trick.

Progress until you hit stage three, as in the very beginning of that stage is a helicopter that spawns infinite enemies. You will want to take care of all the other enemies until it’s just the helicopter left and take down the enemies as they drop down. This will take you a very, very long time, but at least you can die as soon as you clear the high score.

Once you’ve died with over 443,000 points, you’ll receive a message from the Trauma Team. This will start a side job, but don’t worry, it’s nothing major. All you must do is head to a computer and click on the Trauma Team website. Click on ‘We Want You!’ and select ‘Apply Today!’ at the bottom of the page.

All that’s left to do is claim your rewards at the MedCenter. Head to the Metro: Med Center fast-travel point in Little China (Watson) and turn left on the main road. Along that sidewalk will be some Trauma Team officers. Walk up to them, scan your hand on the tablet, and claim your rewards! The uniform can be equipped immediately, and you’ll see the Trauma Team AV back at your apartment.
