Diablo 4: Where to get Deathless Visage Unique helm
This Unique helm, only allowed for Necromancers, is available to find like most gear items. How you can get the Deathless Visage Unique item in Diablo 4 is through random loot drops from enemies or chests. Just make sure you’re on World Tier 3, the Nightmare difficulty. Once you’re able to get to this World Tier, you have the chance to receive rare items like the Deathless Visage.
You can also find Deathless Visage in World Tier 4, since the higher your World Tier, the better chance you’ll find rare and high-quality items. There aren’t exact locations you can find this helm at, you’ll simply have to farm for loot. Your chances of getting good loot increases if you participate in things like World Bosses, Nightmare Dungeons, Legion Events, or Helltide Events.

Getting your hands on high-quality gear relies heavily on RNG. But it’s worth it for this helm that includes an affix useful to Bone Spear Necromancers. Not only do you get more Critical Strike damage for all Bone Skills, but you get a great Bone Spear affix that is exclusive to this Unique item.
