Tears of the Kingdom – how to get Great Eagle Bow

Once you clear the Colgera boss fight in the Wind Temple, Rito Village changes. The blizzard confines itself to the higher, chillier portions of the Hebra region, as it should have all along. Various characters offer new side quests, some of them related to new gear you can acquire.

To get the Great Eagle Bow, talk to Teba in his hut and gather the required components. The hut is located near where you met Tebra while you were figuring out where to find Tulin. Teba is standing around talking to his son.

When you talk to Teba, he offers you to make the Great Eagle Bow, but the cost is great. You need to bring him five Wood, three Diamonds, and the Swallow Bow. Then he can craft the bow.

We previously wrote a guide explaining how to get a Swallow Bow. There are three easy locations, including the nearby Flight Range. I recommend going to that location for your bow, since it takes so little effort. It’s certainly the first one I grabbed.

Wood bundles are easy to locate, as well. You can find them around campfires at the various stables, or even chop down trees and break apart the logs they produce. That leaves you to find the three Diamonds. Unfortunately, they are very rare. You will sometimes find them in ore deposits, but only rarely. You can also buy them from a merchant who sells them in Goron City, but at a cost of 1,000 rupees for each one.

Once you acquire all of the required materials, turn them over to Teba in exchange for the Great Eagle Bow. Make sure to take good care of it after the effort you spent acquiring it.
