WoW Classic: How to get Invoker’s Cord and Invoker’s Mantle in Season of Discovery

A new update is now live for all World of Warcraft Classic players, and along with several class tuning changes, there are a couple of items that all Tailors in the game can learn and craft. Yes, we are talking about the Invoker’s Cord and Invoker’s Mantle — I mean, they are both in the title, so it shouldn’t be a mystery — two new items that will grant healing and spell damage bonus for your characters.

Before you start to look for these recipes and begin crafting, you must know that to craft both the Cord and Mantle, you will need a Tailoring level of 150. Once you have reached this level, then you need to purchase the recipe from your corresponding vendor:

ElynnaAllianceDarnassus 64.6, 21.6
Borya HordeOgrimmar63.0, 51.2

Purchasing the recipe is just the first step toward crafting both the Invoker’s Cord and Invoker’s Mantle in WoW Classic Season of Discovery. While you can purchase both items, you are just better off collecting the necessary crafting items by yourself. After all, new items often get their price pretty inflated at the Auction House just in case someone falls into the trap of actually buying it. Here are the ingredients necessary to craft both the Mantle and the Cord:

Invoker’s Cord and Invoker’s Mantle Materials

Invoker’s CordInvoker’s Mantle
3x Bolt of Silk Cloth
1x Shadowgem
1x Fine Thread
1x Gray Dye
4x Bolt of Silk Cloth
4x Gray Dye
1x Fine Thread
4x Blue Dye

The only rare item of the bunch is the Shadowgem that you will need to find to craft the Invoker’s Cord. This item can drop from enemies, can be fished at cities such as Durotar, Undercity, Stormwind, or even Stonetalon Mountains, and be mined from silver, copper, or tin veins.
