How to get Marble in LEGO Fortnite

Marvel at your Marble.

Marble is a material in LEGO Fortnite that you need to build more intricate structures. I’ve happened upon Marble a few times in LEGO Fortnite, so here is where you can get Marble.

LEGO Fortnite Marble is found in caves. It is the grey-white chunky rock you find in caves. Many of the caves I’ve entered have tons of Marble everywhere. The ones on the ceiling are too difficult to get without building stairs, but there are more accessible deposits on the walls.

But hold your horses. Just because you found Marble doesn’t mean you can mine it. To actually get Marble, you need to use an Uncommon Pickaxe or a Pickaxe with better rarity. If you use a Common Pickaxe, you won’t get Marble when mining Marble.

If you’ve yet to upgrade your Crafting Bench (because Shell is really hard to find) and therefore can’t quite make an Uncommon Pickaxe yet, the solution is to find Marble in Chests. Before I got an Uncommon Pickaxe, I found tons of Marble in chests within caves and even chests found in ruins in different biomes. You can also follow a rainbow butterfly to find a Piñata which could give you Marble.

But truthfully, the best thing you can do is focus on upgrading your Crafting Bench to unlock the Uncommon Pickaxe. Once you find enough Shells and figure out how to make Planks, you’ll upgrade your Crafting Bench and be able to farm Marble with your new Uncommon Pickaxe.

In my opinion, chasing chests isn’t the best way to get Marble. You should only resort to that in the early game if you’re desperate for Marble (which you shouldn’t be).
