Getting Starfarer 7M in Destiny 2 couldn’t be easier. All you need to do is go to the third tab when talking to Eva Levante and purchase Starfarer 7M for Glimmer and Legendary Shards. The Exotic Ship costs 5,000 Glimmer and 100 Legendary Shards, which isn’t a high price tag at all, especially since Legendary Shards are going away soon.

Starfarer 7M is an Exotic Ship in Destiny 2 that has a special Ship Mod called Spirit of the Season. Spirit of the Season is an always-on bonus as long as you have the Starfarer 7M Exotic Ship equipped that grants a chance to generate Dawning Spirit whenever you find a Dawning ingredient.

I think Destiny 2 events, especially the Dawning events, can be especially grindy. To minimize the grind as much as possible, you need to have Starfarer 7M equipped while playing Dawning 2023.

After purchasing Starfarer 7M, you’ll notice an additional upgrade package for the ship. If you’re willing to spend 5,000 more Glimmer and 100 more Legendary Shards, you’ll unlock a unique Transmat Effect attached to the ship and three different Ship Engine Effects.

This is cool since not many other ships in Destiny 2 have these options, but it’s worth noting that this isn’t required to enjoy the Spirit of the Season Ship Mod that is intrinsically tied to Starfarer 7M. The upgrade package is optional, but I recommend getting it because it is very unique and cool.
