Chapter 5, Season 2 of Fortnite, drops us into the land of the old gods. We find ourselves fighting against the mighty Gods of the Greeks with weapons to match. Here is how you can find a Mythic Warforged Assault Rifle in Fortnite to have a fighting chance.
Where to find the Warforged Mythic Assault Rifle
Finding the Mythic version of Ares’ Assault Rifle can take some work, but the payoff is worth it. The Warforged Mythic has a high rate of fire, excellent damage, and outrageous recoil in Fortnite. To find the Mythic version of the Warforged Assault Rifle in Fortnite, you need to head to Brawlers Battleground, home of Ares. A great way to get there is by picking up a pair of Mythic Wings and flying towards the location.
Head towards Ares’s home in the mystical area of Brawler Battleground and face off against the god of war. Once you and your squad have defeated Ares, you can grab the Mythic Warforced Assault Rifle to get that Victory Royale. You can find Ares’ home to the southeast of the Fortnite map.
Once you reach Ares’s home, head to the center of the POI. Here, you will find a building with a half-dome roof. In the middle of this room is Ares’ altar. You must activate this altar to begin the fight for the Warforged Mythic Assault Rifle.
However, be aware that this area is going to be popular, and Ares isn’t going to be an easy fight. Make sure you’re loaded up with plenty of shields and weapons. Coordinate with your squad for even more chances of success.
How to use the Warforged Mythic Assault Rifle
This gun slaps at close to mid-range. The high damage and rate of rife mean that you can pick up enemies quickly and accurately up to a decent range. However, that kick from the recoil needs to be kept in check, so although it is always tempting to spray, controlled bursts are the way forward. Remember, you have the power of a god in your hands.
This isn’t the only Mythic weapon available in Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2. While wielding your godlike Warforged Assault Rifle, keep a look out for the devastating Gatekeeper Shotgun and the Huntress DMR. The Mythic Assault Rifle will do a great job in the mid-range, but the other two new Mythic weapons are going to give you hell at short and long range.
