Bulgur Salad needs all five ingredients:

  • Wheat, grown from seeds bought for a single coin from Goofy’s Stall at Peaceful Meadow or the starting area of Eternity Isle
  • Tomato, grown from seeds bought from the Dazzle Beach stall for 33 coins
  • Cucumber, bought from the Frosted Heights stall either outright for 239 or in seed form for 40
  • Mint, harvested from the ground in Frosted Heights
  • Any spice; with the edition of Eternity Isle, there are now quite a few to choose from, and they all grow out of the ground in some area of the map. You have Basil (Peaceful Meadow), Oregano (Plaza), Garlic (Forest of Valor), Mint, Ginger (Forgotten Lands), or over on Eternity Isle: Cumin (white flowers all over Eternity Isle), Majestea (Overlook and Ruins), Agave (Glittering Dunes), Paprika (Oasis and Borderlands), or Cinnamon (Wild Tangle).

Once you’ve grown what you need, however, you’re good to throw it all in the pot and make Bulgur Salad. Bulgur Salad sells for 396 coins — an estimated profit of 322 after subtracting the price of seeds. Not bad, but not particularly profitable either.

It does give you 910 energy, which isn’t too shabby. The main appeal is simply being a five-star recipe- the next time you need to make one for any reason, perhaps to feed wildlife or complete a quest, you have another option in your arsenal.
