Chapter 5, Season 2 has given Fortnite a mythological makeover and added several unique POIs and events to the map. Some of these events are quite tricky, so let me show you how to overcome the Test of Strength in Fortnite.
What is the Test of Strength in Fortnite?
The Test of Strength is an event that can be started at either Fencing Fields or Lavish Lair by interacting with the Gold Stopwatch icon. The test is part of Oracle’s Snapshot questline. To start the questline, interact with one of the four Scrying Pools around the map. As there are a few steps to the mission, I recommend tracking your progress in the Quest Tab.
The Test of Strength is part 3 of the Oracle’s Snapshot questline and should be available until early April.
How to beat the Test of Strength in Fortnite
This task is as much of a test of Speed as it is of Strength. You have one minute to break 15 objects. You can break anything you like, but I finished the task by smashing every small object I could find around the area. I used my pickaxe, but you could also use Grenades to blow up several items in one go.
If you’re struggling, you can even break the foundations of a larger structure. Everything suspended in the air without support should fall when you do this. Keep in mind that you don’t have time to break the larger buildings around each POI for the task.
What should I do after the test of Strength?
If you’re following the questline, your next objective is to return to a Scrying Pool. There are 14 steps to the mission, most of which are pretty straightforward. The tasks give you a good taste of everything Chapter 5 Season 2 has to offer, including Weapons Bunkers and the new Mythic Weapons.Â
