Final Fantasy 16 The Rising Tide: How to access the DLC

Players can start Final Fantasy 16 The Rising Tide DLC by unlocking Origin as a destination on the world map and completing the side quest “Priceless.” Once the Priceless side quest is finished, a new letter will appear at the Hideaway in Clive’s Room. Reading the letter and accepting the quest will officially begin The Rising Tide DLC mission.

How to unlock Priceless side quest in Final Fantasy 16

Now that you understand how to begin The Rising Tide, it’s time to learn how to unlock the necessary side quest. There are a few steps to unlock the Priceless side quest, and we have laid them out for you here. Follow the steps below to officially unlock Priceless in FF16 so you can get one step closer to accessing The Rising Tide DLC.

  1. Complete the side quest “Cut from the Cloth.”
  2. Complete the side quest “Phoenix, Heal Thyself.”
  3. Complete the side quest “Where there’s a Will.”
  4. Reach the main scenario quest “Back to their Origin.”
  5. Speak to Jill at the Hideaway

After completing all those steps and speaking with Jill, the Priceless side quest will become available at Clive’s Hideaway. Like all other side quests in the game, it will be indicated by a green exclamation point. Joshua is the quest giver, and he can be found at the Reading Table.
