Kathy Rain Is Coming To PAX Prime

What exactly can just one man come up with? The possibilities are endless, and in Joel Staaf Hästö’s case, he came up with Kathy Rain.

Kathy Rain follows the titular character – a won’t-take-your-crap kind of college girl with a Harley that probably puts whatever your ride of choice is to shame – as she stumbles upon a mystery revolving around her deceased grandfather, Joseph Rain. Kathy returns to her hometown and sets out to investigate a local mystery; the trail of clues her grandfather had left only lead to more questions. What was Joseph Rain really looking for, all those years ago? The truth, you will find, is dark and sinister.

The one-man team of Clifftop Games (we weren’t kidding, Hästö’s really working on everything by himself) is responsible for this beautiful little project. After a successful showing at Gamescom, Kathy Rain is set for a more public debut-of-sorts. (UN)Publisher Raw Fury Games will be bringing Kathy Rain to PAX Prime this coming August 28-31, 2015.

Kathy Rain currently has no set release date, but is expected to come out on Windows, Mac, and Linux.
