What is the Baldur’s Gate 3 Withers’ Epilogue Party Extravaganza?
Honestly, I’m just as confused about the Withers’ Epilogue Party Extravaganza as you are. I for one did not see this coming and quite frankly, I’m not even sure what we’re getting. All that said, I can bring you the news and speculate with you.

Today, Larian Studios posted on their Twitter/X that Patch 5 is going to feature something titled Withers’ Epilogue Party Extravaganza. The theming of the invite is slightly Christmas-y and Withers is pictured smiling (shivers) and demanding, “Fun is mandatory!”
To me, the thing that sticks out the most is the word “epilogue.” Epilogue is something placed at the end of a book as a final word or conclusion. What could Withers’ epilogue be? Do we need to reach Act 3 or beat the story to experience it? I have so many questions.
Don’t get me wrong, I’m excited to experience a “Party Extravaganza” with Withers of all people, but I’m a little scared. I wonder if this experience will be a playable adventure played out through Withers telling us a story by the campfire. Perhaps we’ll return to camp after downloading Patch 5 and Withers will have decorated the entire place in preparation for his party. Whatever this is, I’m jumping in right when Patch 5 becomes available and going to Withers’ Epilogue Party Extravaganza.
When does Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 5 release?
On Monday, November 27, Larian Studios posted on their Twitter/X that they will be releasing Patch 5 this week. Though the actual day and time aren’t solid, I would expect the Baldur’s Gate 3 Patch 5 to release on Thursday or Friday which would be November 30 or December 1.
