Last year it was Weird Al Yankovic, we’ve also seen Ozzy also take the stage in the past, and even the Foo Fighters in 2011. There have been some decent acts appear at the annual event and Muse should fit in nicely with what the audience wants to hear at the end of two days of Blizzard gaming.

“We’re thrilled to close out our 11th BlizzCon with a performance from one of rock’s greatest live acts,” said Mike Morhaime, CEO and co-founder of Blizzard Entertainment. “Muse has wowed millions of people around the world with their groundbreaking music, and we’re excited that they’re coming to give BlizzCon attendees an epic sendoff.”

Anyone who can’t attend the event will be able to watch the gig live with a BlizzCon virtual ticket as well as all the other stuff over the two-day event.

BlizzCon runs between 3-4 November at the Anaheim Convention Center.
