More than 60 additional cards will be coming in the update, with faction-specific cards “for Northern Realms, Scoia’tael, Skellige and Monsters” alongside Nilfgaard. There will also be some neutral cards usable by every faction.

In terms of tactics, Nilfgaard will be all about “maintaining control over the battlefield”. Their introduction will being new mechanics to Gwent, such as revealing cards in an opponent’s hand, and using disloyal units to spread confusion.

The game is still in beta, but you can sign up for it here.
