Epic has just released the latest update to their MOBA Paragon, which is currently in closed beta testing, and I’ve taken it for a spin.
This latest update comes with a new fiery hero duo called Iggy & Scorch along with numerous tweaks and updates. In this video Iggy & Scorch do their stuff and show off their abilities which include chucking Molotov cocktails, leaving oily trails which can be set alight, placing fire turrets and using the ultimate flame thrower ability.
They are a weird combo and are effectively a casting hero. Once the fire turrets are levelled up they can be quite devastating although it’s clear from playing a few live games this evening players are still trying to get to grips with them.
In this video I decided to take on the bots as it was the first time experimenting with this new hero addition. No point looking completely stupid in a live match. That just makes MOBA players angry.
