Bethesda has release the Hearthfire DLC for Skyrim on Xbox 360. It costs 400 MS Points and totals a flyweight 75MB.

Announced late last month, Hearthfire gives you the ability to design and build your own house and adopt yourself a child.

The PC edition of the DLC is expected in the next month or so, although Bethesda has yet to provide a definite date. PS3 users may never see the content due to technical issues akin to those that have prevented the Dawnguard DLC from appearing on the platform.

Rule of thumb for the future: do not buy Bethesda games on PS3.
