Persona 4 Golden Anime Announced

Persona 4 Golden is going to have its own TV anime in Japan, which isnt the first Persona game to have an anime,Persona 4 The Animation was released previously. Atlus streamed a trailer for it today here, which showed protagonist Yu along with Marie, the major new character added to the Golden re-release of the original PS2 game.

Xbox One will be released in 26 new countries come September

It has been announced by Microsoft that the Xbox One will be released in 26 new countries come September. Countries include Finland, Greece, Japan and the United Arab Emirates. The list confirms the promise that Japan would see the Xbox One this year but also seems to confirm the leak that Nordic countries wont see the console until 2015. Dark Souls 2 Japanese Collectors Edition Is Revealed (And It’s Awesome)

Run and hide all you casual gamers, Dark Souls 2 is on the horizon and it’s certainly not got any easier than its predecessors, Dark Souls and Demon’s Souls. Since the first game was released, the franchise has become well loved by gamers who want a real challenge and are tired of being molly coddled by the much easier games we have nowadays.

Collectors editions of games are usually pretty standard. You’ll get an art book. some bonus DLC, the soundtrack, and maybe a nice little statue or figure to put on your shelf. The Japanese collectors edition has decided to go a little further…by giving you a set of miniature replica weapons found in the game.

Ground Zeroes Will Feature Bonus Phantom Pain DLC

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will have some exclusive bonus DLC in Japan. These bonuses will be DLC for the follow up game, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

The bonuses will be available via certain Japanese retailers, for instance getting the game from Geo will give gamers a special weapon for The Phantom Pain, whilst buying the game from Tsutaya will give players access to a special Mother Base staff member. Whilst these bonuses are only announced for Japan it’s a fair bet to expect something similar will come to the West.
