The 5 Best Tech Weapons in Cyberpunk 2077 2.0

Wall? What wall?

There are hundreds of weapons available in Cyberpunk 2077, ranging from the practically useless to the phenomenally overpowered. However, there is one class of weapon that, although amazingly powerful, is actually really rare. The Tech Weapon in Cyberpunk 2077 has the ability to shoot through a wall when fully charged and deliver insane damage. The problem is, there aren’t many of them about. This list will help you ensure that when you find one worth hanging onto, you keep it close.

Rasetsu (New for 2.0)

PC Invasion

If you like using Sniper Rifles, you will understand just how annoying it is to wait for a distant enemy to poke their heads from cover. The Rasetsu does away with this problem by blasting straight through enemy cover and probably the backs of their heads.

This weapon has a 300% damage multiplier on headshots and a quick 1.55-second charge time. However, what really puts this on the best tech weapon list in Cyberpunk 2077, is its ability to blast bullets through enemies and onto the next one, with a bullet trajectory that homes in on the next target.

Order (New for 2.0)

From the long-range down to the incredibly short, this shotgun has the ability to literally vaporize your enemies. Although the charge time for this Cyberpunk 2077 tech weapon is 4 seconds, you only need to charge to 66% to actually turn whoever you’re pointing it at into pink mist.

Along with this amazing perk, Order also has an impressive 100% armor penetration and, oddly enough, a 2% shock chance. This is super low but is a nice bonus nonetheless.

The word hand cannon has never been more applicable than with this Tech Weapin in Cyberpunk 2077. Although, unlike most tech weapons, it cannot penetrate cover, it does have one other special perk. The one bullet this chamber holds is explosive and absolutely obliterates anything it hits. It’s basically an explosive sniper.

It is possible to reload this gun immediately by quick meleeing, and it has a remarkably quick charge time of only one second.

Breakthrough

Yet another sniper makes it to the best tech weapons list in Cyberpunk 2077. This one is well deserved, as it’s charged bullets can cause complete carnage, even through cover. Charging up the Breakthrough for 1.25 seconds will not only penetrate cover but also ricochet around, killing more people. If you’re firing from behind a wall and into a full room, this is the perfect clean-up tool.

Widow Maker

I love precision rifles. They’re the perfect blend of assault and sniper. This one, in particular, really ticks a lot of boxes. Charging up the round for 1.2 seconds will not only let it penetrate cover but also unloads two projectiles, both dealing chemical damage, raising the chances of poison.

If the first shot doesn’t get them, the slow poison damage will.
